We offer one to one and group personal training sessions. Our personal training services are provided in a manner that allows the trainer to give you the right motivation and support that you need around the gym.

We also track your progress every week and then produce or update your tailored training plan.
We will work around your schedule allowing you to work out effortlessly.

We recognise that adapting to a healthy lifestyle extends beyond just exercise, which is why we also provide nutritional advice to provide a balance to your training plan.

How It Works

Getting to know you – Your journey starts with an initial consultation where we will learn about you by conducting a lifestyle analysis; We will look into your occupational lifestyle aswel as your hobbies and fitness goals.

Meet your matched trainer – You will meet with your personal trainer who will conduct thier own free consultation to outline your requirements and jump start your fitness journey. 

This is made even easier with a discounted first workout session at a time of your choice.

After your initial meeting you will be supported at each stage of your training program, Watch as it becomes a motivating part of your everyday routine and feel the health benefits appear.



Personal Training – 1 Hour Sessions.

First Consultation & Taster – Free

1-2-1 Training – £35 Per session

Duo/Group Session – £17.50 (p/p) Per session

Block of 10 Sessions – £35 Per session

Block of 20 Sessions – £28 Per session ( 20% Discount)
